PRECISION FABRICATION AND TOOLING

Well engineered, Precision Fabrication & tooling is the key to quality stamped parts. At Indian Industrial Company, we operate a state of the art, in house tool making facility that ensures we not only have control of tool making, but of the entire manufacturing process. This facility is equipped to build dies from 6″ up to 85″ in length, all to tolerances of ±0.001″, and with our advanced knowledge of metallurgy, we can select the optimal die material.

INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY MAINTENANCE

Industrial Machinery Maintenance is the means by which mechanical assets in a facility are kept in working order. Machine maintenance involves regular servicing of equipment, routine checks, repair work, and replacement of worn or non-functional parts. Machines to be maintained include both heavy-duty industrial equipment and simple hand-operated machines.

PRE ENGINEERED BUILDING [PEB]

Pre engineered building [PBE] use a predetermined inventory of raw materials that meet a wide range of structural and aesthetic design requirements. This flexibility allows PEB Steel to full fill almost building configurations, custom designs, and applications. “Pre engineered steel building” are those which are fully fabricated in the factory after designing, shipped to site in CKD(completely knocked down) condition.

STRUCTURAL FABRICATION

Analysing the Structural fabrication business is a bit like reading tree rings: They’re all there for those who want to read them. The older, "inner-ring” shops are still alive and well, serving various small construction projects. There you’ll find plate and beams being fabricated the old-fashioned way, with fitters reading blueprints and applying layout marks (copes, hole locations, etc.)
