PROCESS FURNACE

Product description

Process Furnace employing combustion produce a hot gas that transfers heat to the material by radiation and convection. Solids are heated by direct contact, but fluids are usually heated indirectly, being carried inside pipes within the furnace. The second is that of furnaces designed to heat process fluids other than water.

Process furnace heaters are used to maintain heat within a liquid medium like water, oil and different chemicals along with stabilizing the gas. This process is carried out in a very careful way as a single glitch might result in drastic outcome. Another name of these types of heaters is fired heaters.

A forced-air furnace heats your home through a heating cycle that looks like this: Natural gas or propane is ignited in the burner. The flames heat up a metal heat exchanger and exhaust out of the flue. The furnace’s blower forces the heated air into the ductwork and distributes it throughout the home.

A more common form of heating all known as central, or indirect, It consists of the conversion of energy toat a source outside of, apart from, or located within the site or sites to be heated the resulting heat is conveyed to the site through a fluid medium such as air, water, or steam.
