S.H.W.W.is used for the washing or removing thin layer of molasses
from the crystals of sugar. Shining of the sugar crystals directly depends on the performance of the SHWW system.

In SHWW system water of 120 oC is used for washing. Temp of water
rose from 70 to 120 oC or predetermined temperature water of 70 oC
is passed from four pass tube & shell type heat exchanger. Water passes through tube & steam will be at outside of tubes. Outlet water temp measured with the help of temp sensor & measured signals feed to the ON/OFF type controller, it controls the pneumatic steam control valve to control the steam of heat exchanger
